Delivery information

We deliver with our own vehicles in Belgium:

In Brussels, we deliver on Mondays and Tuesdays

In Wallonia, Hainaut and the province of Luxembourg, we deliver on Wednesday and Thursday.

In the Flemish region, we deliver on Fridays

For Holland and Luxembourg, we use our partners such as Bpost, Dhl and others.

Discount policy on your orders
  • All orders over €300.00 excl. VAT automatically benefit from a 10% discount on the total amount excl. VAT, deducted immediately from your basket.
  • All orders over €450.00 excl. vat automatically benefit from a 15% discount on the total amount excl. vat, deducted immediately from your basket.
  • All orders over 950.00€ excl. vat are automatically entitled to a 20% discount on the total amount excl. vat, deducted immediately from your basket.

How do I become a Disgrobel customer?

You create an account directly on our online store. Once your basket is filled with the selected products, you create your account to finalize your order. By accessing your account, you can update all the information concerning your delivery and billing addresses and your means of payment. You'll also have a direct overview of your purchase history.

I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

It's easy! Just click on your login area. Then click on the forgotten password button. Your new password will be emailed to you. If you wish, you can change your new password yourself via your account login interface.

When my order is validated and paid for, how do I know that it has been registered by your sales department?

When you place your order, it is automatically registered. Once your payment has been confirmed by your bank, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from our sales department.

How can I change my customer details?

It's easy! Just log in to your customer account. In the dashboard, you can modify and save your data.

How do I pay or cancel my order?

At Disgrobel, you can pay by Bancontact, Visa, Master Card or bank transfer. You also have the option of paying on collection or on invoice.
As soon as payment has been made and signed for via your bank, you will receive a message from your bank indicating that the order has been paid for. If you decide to cancel or return the order, we will refund you within 10 working days of receipt of your package.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be delivered by our own transport service if you are in Belgium. Or by an external transport company if you are in Luxembourg or Holland. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail enabling you to track the delivery of your order using a tracking system. You can log on to the "Track my order" page by entering your order number.

What are your delivery costs?

If your order is over €100.00, delivery is free.

For orders under 100.00 € excluding VAT, delivery charges apply in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. You will be charged an additional €9.00 plus VAT.

What should I do if I want to return or exchange the items I've ordered?

If you wish to exchange or return your items, please contact us within 7 working days of your order. The product must be complete, unopened and in its original packaging as indicated in our return policy. You will find all the information you need to contact us via our contact form or by telephone. You will receive the total amount of your order either by bank transfer or by credit note, which you can deduct from your next purchase.

What are your opening hours?

If you would like to visit our Heppignies Showroom at Avenue de Heppignies Bat B, 6220 Heppignies, we look forward to seeing you. You'll have the opportunity to discover our products, take samples and be advised by a store manager on all the products that might interest you.

We are open from Monday to Friday. From 8H00 to 17H00

Do you also deliver to private customers?

We deliver especially to companies with a valid vat number. As a private customer, you can order via our online store. The prices shown in our online store are exclusive of VAT (21%). Without your valid VAT number, 21% VAT will apply.
